Canada's Internet Explained


This video talks about throttling tactics of some companies in order to control users. It's a way to favorise some web sites over others. Throttling diminishes consumer choice, interferes with users freedom of expression, and inhibits innovation. The CRTC has launched a public inquiry into internet service provider's traffic shaping and throttling.
